ARTISTIC STATEMENT
Concept:
The design seamlessly integrates functionality and cultural richness. It strategically places administrative and legal spaces across multiple floors to promote efficient workflow. This is in line with its mission of dispensing justice and safeguarding fundamental rights.
Features:
The design diverges from conventional judicial styles, featuring louvered windows, shaded balconies, gingerbread trim, and vibrant colors. Biophilic elements, like planters and green walls, enhance well-being, while durable stone finishes signify resilience. Breezeways ensure natural light and ventilation for a welcoming environment. Traditional pitched roofs, with solar panels, withstand natural elements and generate green energy. The roof garden serves various functions, including temperature
control, stormwater management, and recreation. Detailed woodwork showcases local talent and resource availability. In essence, the design seamlessly blends practicality, cultural identity, and sustainability, reflecting the institution’s core values.
